Carlos is Above and Beyond. I worked with Carlos to install my new kitchen in my apartment in Spain. He waited for two years till I was in a position to do this. When I was ready, I had to do it at a distance – an ocean and continent away. We did all the details online so that the kitchen could be delivered in a timely fashion. It is hard to do something this complex over the internet, but we did. Then when the kitchen arrived from Germany, the four towers were too tall to fit into the elevator. So Carlos and my general contractor Max carried all four towers up eight flights of stairs! Carlos hired installers, but all of us including Carlos were unhappy with their attitude. So Carlos said, no problem, I am happy to work with any installers Max hires. And when it was all installed, he came and did a walk through and checked everything. Truly, there were many times this could have gone sideways, but Carlos always went above and beyond to make sure it all came out well in the end.
